General Information
- All of our products are covered by a transit insurance policy with our couriers. Please carefully check your goods and if you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If the goods are accepted, the product will no longer be covered under the transit damage insurance policy. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
- Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.
- All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty.
- All goods, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, are sold with a 12 months return to base parts only warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. The Company is under no obligation to cover any return postage, labour or engineer costs incurred during the warranty period.
- If an item is not working on delivery, we will exchange the item or refund the price paid if this is reported within the 48 hour declaration period. It is the customer’s responsibility to report such failure in writing with supporting evidence such as initial installation report of a qualified engineer, photos or video if required within this timescale.
- All products need to regularly cleaned and serviced, as well as checked thoroughly before each use. Not doing so could affect the warranty agreement held with Infernus.
